Abela is a nymph held captive by the mage Ragefast, who has developed an obsession with her after they made love. Nymphs are wild creatures and cannot abide civilization or captivity; as a result, Abela is withering and will soon die if not set free. In addition to the danger she faces from her captor, she is sought by the mage Ramazith for spell components.
