The shockwave applies all of the following effects to every creature in the area except Abazigal himself:
Level 9 attack: 4D10 Electricity damage, save vs Spell with a -4 penalty for half
Level 0 attack: Unconscious effect for 3 seconds, receiving damage will not wake up the victim. Save vs Spell with a -6 penalty to negate. Bypasses Magic resistance, cannot be dispelled.
Level 0 attack: 90% casting failure for 12 seconds. Innate abilities are not affected. Save vs Breath with a -4 penalty to negate. Bypass MR, cannot be dispelled.
