Rinnie requires a copy of the book History of the Unicorn Run to write a ballad. The closest copy is located on the top floor of Ramazith's Tower and another one can be found on a bookshelf that's located on the ground floor of Tremain Belde'ar's Home in West Baldur's Gate.
Upon completion of the quest the party will be rewarded with one of two outcomes depending upon her reaction to the party.
Reaction ≤14: 900 XP and 80 
Reaction ≥15: 900 XP and an (unidentified) Scroll of Protection From Poison
